Helpdesk Bangkok, (an IT helpdesk and household maintenance firm) is looking for a personal secretary to the General Manager.
This position is only for FEMALES and is open to both Thais and expats. Visa and WP provided for eligible foreigners.
Key responsibilities include:
• Provide secretarial support to the Manager by encoding correspondences, reports & documents, handling or screening of incoming calls and random visitors for the Manager, setting meeting of the Manager as per needs.
• Make follow-ups to different departments, company, person any pending documents as requested by the Manager including the status thereof.
• Coordinate with administration for arrangements & follow up as per instruction of the Manager.
• Manage all inward and outward correspondence of the Manager’s Office in order to ensure timely and accurate receipt and dispatch of the same.
Requirements / Skills:
Bachelors in any relevant field.
Tactful and diplomatic personality with multi-tasking
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external associates.
Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite.
Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be a part of confidential information regarding official transactions and employee related info

Salary: 32,000- 38,000B (Final salary will depend on past experience and interview performance)
Start date : First / Second week of March 2019
